Lakeside Villa comprises of :
          4 Bedrooms , 5 Bathrooms, Family room, Living room, Study room, Kitchen, Laundry, Store room and Maid quarter. Total using area = 405 sq.m.  
Situated on the hill overlook the valley and picturesque mountain terrain beyond. There are 2 types of Hillside Villa : Hillside A and Hillside B. The design is more contemporary than the Lakeside Villa and Clubhouse Villa, yet still retain the strong identity of Sino - Portuguese architecture.
Hillside Villa comprises of :
           3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms,  Dining & Family room, Living room, Kitchen, Laundry and Maid quarter. Total using area = 343 sq.m.   Centrally  located in the heart of the estate next to the clubhouse and its facilities. The villa provides the ultimate in luxurious family room and dining room connect to the outside terrace with the private landscaped gardens.
Clubhouse Villa comprises of  :
           3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Family room, Living room, Kitchen, Laundry,  Store room and Maid quarter. Total using area = 325 sq.m.
