The Villa complex houses a beautifully arranged series of structures in northern Thai Style.
A spacious living room greets visitors with ample seating and dining facilities for twelve persons. Upstairs lies the master bedroom its stunning four poster bed, oversized sofa, huge balcony overlooking the bay and an outdoor sunken spa bath with private massage pavilion. Step outside onto a sun deck by the swimming pool, fringed with a lotus pond and outdoor Jacuzzi.
Four more elegantly appointed rooms are situated around the property each with its own bathroom and fitted with TV’s. Bedroom 3 & 5 are adjoining and come with queen and Twin beds. Bedroom 2 & 5 have a king size bed and a sunken bath.
The west wing houses a large yoga studio for up to twelve people, it can be used as meeting room too.

Service Staff
1 manager, 2 house-keepers, a gardener and driver. Cook on request basis. Service is provided from 7 am to 10 pm unless otherwise agreed.
Transport
Transport to / from the airport is complimentary, as is the use of a Honda CRV car with driver during normal hours 9 am to 5 pm. Usage outside these hours is negotiable. Additional cars are available at a nominal daily rate. Gasoline is charged to the guests account.
Laundry
In house laundry is available at a nominal fee. Dry cleaning can be sent out and collected by arrangement.
Tours and Excursions
The villa staff will be pleased to assist guests with the making of reservations for restaurants, tours and excursions, spa visits, golf etc.
Activities
Villa Salika’s location gives easy access to Phuket’s most beautiful beaches. There are also excellent local facilities for sailing, fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving. Trips can be arranged to Coral, Lone or Racha islands.
For non beach lovers the island has many attractions to offer, including rainforest trekking, visits to temples, Muay Thai boxing, golf and horse riding. Krabi with its superb rock-climbing opportunities is also within easy reach; and of course there is always great shopping trips to be made!
World class spas and gourmet restaurants are close to Villa Salika, with Evason Resort and Six Senses Spa just along the road and, on the hillside behind Rawai the Mangosteen Spa, with its stunning 360 degree views overlooking 4 bays, mountains and the surrounding islands offers a unique experience.

Low Season
Daily Rate: Usd 900.00 nett per night
Weekly Rate: Usd 5000.00 nett per week (one week = 7days/6nights)
No minimum booking period.
During the low season, individual rooms (for smaller parties) may be rented out at the following rates:
Master Bedroom – Usd 650/room/nite
Bedroom 2 or 5 – Usd 500/room/nite
Bedroom 3 and 4 – Usd 550/room./nite ( adjoining rooms – sold together)
Super Peak Season
Daily Rate: Usd 1850.00 nett per night
Weekly rate: Usd 10000.00 nett per week
Minimum stay – 1 week
The rates above are subject to availability and booking terms and conditions. They are inclusive of:
• Return Airport transfers (guests must arrive /depart on same flight) *
• Welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival
• Use of Honda CRV with driver from 8am – 5pm daily (gasoline at own cost and if car is used outside the stated hours driver overtime will be charged for usage after 9pm)
• Daily American or Thai Breakfast
• In-house Thai chef
• Serviced of housekeeping staff, gardener, driver and Manager who will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of villa, garden and pool. Service staff will be available from 7am to 10pm, after which if their services are required, overtime will apply.
• All linen, bath and pool towels and toiletries like bath/shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, body lotion and bath salts are available
• 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water per room per day

On guests own account (all other incidentals):
